It has been snowing out like crazy today, the first snow of Winter! Depending on how you look at it, it's either super exciting or kinda depressing, I think I"m sticking with exciting though :) I ran outside to take a few self portraits, since it was so gorgeous out, and thought I'd share!

Winter Glitter
There never fails to be some interesting conversations that take place at work. There are so many differences between everyone working there, that there are almost always some memorable ones from every day. Well, the other day, the man that works in the Meat department, car breaks broke so he was stuck at the store for awhile.
We started talking about how cold it was and I mentioned that I didn't like Winter other than Christmas time. He looks at me and says "Oh, so your just in it for the presents?" I look at him and say "No, I'm in it for the cuddling." Haha, he looks at me funny and I think about what I just said and I just laugh and say "Oh, that sounded weird didn't it?!" He agreed, but said he understood, because in the Summertime everyone too hot and sweaty to be cuddly. Don't you just love those weird, random, strange, time passing conversations?
One of my other favorite things about Christmastime is wrapping gifts. There are so many fabulous ideas, I just love incorporating them and making gifts a little bit more memorable and special!

I Have Loved you for a Thousand Years
The Hemingway Blossom Headband
Yes, I know that I just posted a song earlier today, but I couldn't resist sharing this one by Christina Perri with you tonight. With the Premiere of Breaking Dawn coming out today, it seemed so fitting. It is really a lovely and romantic song!
The funny thing about Twilight is that I have never read the books (and I love to read!) but I have watched the movies, and before watching the first one I was all ready to put it down and dislike it. I ended up liking it however, no, not as much as Harry Potter, but I did enjoy it. And I have to say that I do still have a hard time admitting to people that I like the Twilight movies and want to see Breaking Dawn. Haha, there is just so much judgement towards Twilight! I think everyone secretly enjoys the fight and the disagreement ;)
Music Monday
Saturday night, after a full five hours of raking leaves (I wouldn't mind if I ever see a dead leaf again!) Danny, Adam (my brother), Bekah and James (Bekah's boyfriend) went to see Footloose. It was fabulous! Definitely a fun one to see in the theaters. Can you imagine having a law against dancing or playing music too loud? Crazy!
