Savannah College of Art and Design

I've been in the process of figuring out which college I'm going to transfer to next semester.  I have over 60 credits from Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Minnesota, I started with PSEO in high school and now with my Freshman year of college coming to an end, it's time for me to start my major classes.

Have you heart of SCAD?  Savannah College of Art and Design.  My mom and I hopped on a greyhound from Minneapolis to Atlanta and went on an adventure to tour the college….I do not recommend riding a greyhound across the entire country.  All I can say is, fun-ions stink about an entire buss.

I have grown up traveling, months at a time, and Savannah Georgia definitely is on my top 4 favorite places list.  The college was absolutely stunning and I felt tears in my eyes touring it.  The students were so passionate about everything and the campus is extremely gorgeous.  The hardest thing for me in determining which college I'm going to attend is the difference between my interests…business or fashion marketing?  The programs don't entwine and the same schools.

After touring the college, my mom and I headed out to Hilton Head Island.  Oh. My. Beautiful.  I met a boy there while I was swimming in the ocean and were swimming and finding loads of these living sand dollars, we would step and find them with our toes, our numbers probably were around 50!

While we were swimming, the boy (who lived there) and I saw a bunch of fins pop up probably a hundred feet out.  The boy exclaimed "I wonder if they are sharks or dolphins?"  The look on my face was probably shifting between awe and fear before his eyes…and then he looks at me and says "I'm going to go swim out to them to see."

I died.  They were dolphin's though, and they eventually came and swam touching distance away from us for a few precious moments.  Magical.

And the shops in Savannah are amazing!  They are Pinterest Inspiration galore!  Little vintage clothing shops, luxury fabric shops, Free People, Anthropology like stores that are 3 times the size and even more beautiful…. Go … Go… Go…

Wednesday I will be touring Colorado State University in Fort Collins in hopes to major in Business Marketing and Political Science.  What will be will be!
