#1 thing to do in College to look Good to Employers

The Awkward thing about finding a job after college is that you really have nothing to show.  The company is taking a gamble on you, and their are thousands of others that have the same exact degree as you that they could just as easily take a gamble on.  So why would they choose you?

Sara Blakely, the found of SPANX (yeah you can trust her, she knows what she's doing!) said "I did not have the most experience in the industry or the most money, but I cared the most."

This is important in your career, but it is equally important in what you do in college.  You NEED to take a role of responsibility in college that you are clearly passionate about and that you can look your interviewers in the eye and make them know that you are a valuable piece of college gamble and are worth the risk.

This involves more than just being a part of a club.  RUN THE CLUB.  Bring your ideas to the table, collaborate, lead.  Use what your learning.

Your only option isn't just starting a club, you could do anything.  Follow your passion, do something to show you will work so hard and won't stop.
