After the tragedies of Haiti, I felt it was a good time to post my review and giveaway for the Aqua Safe Straw. Why?
Well, the Aqua Safe Straw is completely portable and the best part of it is that it Removes 99.9999% of Bacteria.
The Aqua Straw is a great thing to have if you live in a area that is prone to earthquakes, tornadoes, or hurricanes, when so much of the water gets to be full of bacteria and diseases. With the Aqua Straw, you can feel safer, knowing that it cleans out most of the germs. The Aqua Straw can be used in rivers, wells, streams, and even lakes!
I have to say, the straw is a little bit bulky! It is however, perfect for situations where you need clean water. Keep one in your hurricane, tornado, or earthquake safety kit, and even pack one along if you go hiking! You never know what will happen, its good to be prepared!

would like my for those moments when I have to drink out of my horse's buckets... you think I'm joking? Nope! :)
I would love to try one of these straws, because we go camping a lot throughout the year. I don't know if you heard about them, but this winter there were 3 climbers that never made it back down from Mt Hood, we were friends with one (the girl, Katie). This has taught me that you can not ever be TOO prepared, and should plan for the worst and hope for the best!

I would love one of these! My DH and I have done quite a bit of traveling for mission and aid work, and will continue to travel in the future. We're trying to get to Haiti right now, but that's sadly, virtually impossible.
