Vintage Sailor Dress Made

Finished! My 1959 sailor dress! I spent probably 20 hours sewing this piece....first I started with a draft out of an old bed sheet and then I moved to making the actual dress. I had to take in the sides to make it fit more snug, and and I have to say, I love how it turned out!

I found the buttons on Etsy. They are from on old mill! How neat is that?

    All I can say is AWESOME!!! That is a really nice piece of work. The thing looks perfectly tailored and very fashionable. Now all you need is a nice dinner reservation and maybe a 'Coach' bag!!! W.C.C.
