Dainty T-Shirt DIY

I had this nice knit white shirt that I loved, but I had a bigger vision for it.  I found some vintage lace and blue suiting fabric in my sewing room and turned it into this!  Perfect for the 75 degree weather we are supposed to have tomorrow!

Supplies:
Simple white shirt (this one is perfect)
Two strips of vintage lace
Cotton fabric of your choice
Fabric cutter
Sewing Machine
Pins
Measuring tape.

The project is fairly easy to layout and DIY without specific instructions.  You'll want to hand create your bows and play with the layout of your design before sewing everything together.  After cutting a panne, about 3 inches wide from the back of my shirt, I hemmed the raw edges before machine sewing on the lace and bows.
